Changing selectable quest buffs in Act 3

In Act 3, there is a quest that offers you to pick from 3 elixirs and does the same with different buffs in cruel difficulty as well.
Has any of you found a way to change these selectable quest buffs like we could do that with the bandit quest buff in POE1?
If there is no way to change them currently, I think it would be a good addition to the game. I have already read some comments on youtube from desperate players looking for a solution.

Have you found a way to change that?
