Enemy Lifebar overlay appears inconsistently.

Enemy Lifebars only appear if you are in combat from doing an attack.
Taking damage doesn't cause this to occur. This is most notably seen in the Act2 add phase of the sandstorm prior to the slice. Last bumped on Dec 10, 2024, 6:43:12 PM
