PSN /linked account issues

PSN Poe2 seems to have created a new account on the POE2 side, or failed to link my account.

No in-game options allow changing such accounts, or validating what happened related to an account.

Unless there is a reason, linking a PSN account to a POE PC based account is undesirable as it couples PSN membership, with a single POE account.

Many people may play on a single console (within a household or as co-op couchplay at a friends), where only one PS5 account may have the PSN membership.
