Boneshatter is missing a lot

To hit accuracy shows 92%, but at least 80% of the Boneshatter hits whiff the first attempted hit after the mob has been primed.

I have noticed this too. Super annoying. I thought it was an accuracy issue first but even with 100 it still misses way too much.

I tried making sure the target was definitely selected etc. it has like 60% to hit it seems no matter what.
