My characters are gone. PoE2

I’ve sent an email, but after linking my twitch account and logging back in, my entire account is fresh. I have only ever used one PoE account, and have had the same Xbox live account since I was a teenager. I’m not sure what the mix up could’ve been but I appreciate any help in this matter.

Like many of us you probably have two accounts and everything is wonky with how they are assigned certain things. On the character select screen, see if you have two accounts in the drop down on the upper right hand corner. Your characters should be there maybe?

Also GGG only works accounts issues through their email which is currently FUBAR at the moment.

As stated I’ve only ever had one account for both Poe and Xbox. I’m not sure how the mixup could’ve happened. For the love of all that is holy thank you.

Sorry I shouldve been more specific. I also only ever had one account, a second account was created for me somehow either due to conflict between my Steam account and me creating an account for the website or something, IDK. Anyway I'm new so maybe I dont know either. Your account profile on the website only has one account for you?

I bought ea on ps5, and then decided to combine my steam and tvitch account with ps5 account, and when going back into the game from the console I immediately began to offer to create a new character, there was no other choice, in general I created and after that on the page of character selection appeared on the account selection window, I chose the former account and everything, the character was there. maybe you have the same problem....
