Feedback from a normal monk player

Played monk. Level 27, stuck on act boss. If I don’t use all range monk abilities then I can’t survive. Items feel meaningless cause when I equip and “upgrade” doesn’t feel like it. I spec all into survival and still don’t feel it. I spent all my gold respecting so I guess I’m just stuck. Game need still needs work at least for normal monk player.
