your acc does not have acces to poe2 early acces

I just got the key for early acces 2 days ago and it doesn`t work, it doesnt let me go trough the server, it says "Your account does not have acces to Path of Exile2 Early Acces, Redeem an Early Acces key on our website or purchase acces now."

I play on PS and my account on the website doesn’t seem to think I have access to poe2 as well but I have been playing just fine.
Checked today hoping to find loot filter support for console but not there yet. |

Console Early Access redemption work a little differently as such the website cannot calculate the eligibility for console accounts. If you are able to download and access the game you have access.

The thing is when i want to join a server that pops up, but its so annowying knowing u have the key and u cannot play the game..
