POE2EA - No access for minimum $480 account spending.

As the title states, don't have any access to POE2EA after spending the required amount to receive the EA key.
Checked messages, email, sent a PM to support and an email to support and no response back, and no access through the early access link in the right sidebar under account section. Any idea when I'll get access or maybe a support staff member can see this and get it fixed? Last bumped on Dec 12, 2024, 3:56:10 AM

Bump as this fell to page 5 with 85 views and this issue is more important than bug reports.

If your purchases are with regional pricing or if you've reached the threshold after EA packs' release, you won't get a key.
