Pressing L3 To Get Extended Tooltip Opens Premium Tab Menu If Stash Is Open

I would understand a little bit more if this happened when the cursor is over something in the stash, but in this instance I'm viewing an item tooltip for something in my inventory.

Could we maybe change the premium tab edit mode to be something other than L3? Double-click L3 perhaps? L3+R3? Or instead maybe not bring up the tab editing panel if a tooltip is being shown?

At the very least it should not activate the editing panel if the L3 has been held for a few seconds as this clearly would not have been a user input intended to bring up that panel.

edit: You already have R3+Up to get stash options, why not just use R3+Down as tab editing? You could then display it up near the options UI prompt for tabs that can be edited (hiding it for those that aren't) and remove the awkward L3 UI element that hovers above the tabs.
