POE 2 -10%res twice after Act 3

My English is not good so...i'm sry)
After i've kill Doryani black screen and i instantly teleport in Act 1 cruel, i start completing and clearing Act 1 cruel, kill boss with +10% cold resistance. After it, i saw quest in Act 3 (talk to Doryani).
He told me to go in Telepost in Past (big orange teleport in middle of city in Act 3).
After i use it i AGAIN teleport in Act 1 cruel, go to city and saw that i got -10% resists again.

Re log it.
didnt help...
So i stand in city in Act 1 cruel, naked with -30 fire, -20 cold and -30 light resistances.
In same situation, my friend, naked got -20 fire, -10 cold, and -20 light resistances.

Looks like HUGE bug...

happend to me today as well.
I just end normal -> started cruel
But i needed back to Osuald sell him those quest items for gold i found
After i back to cruel i lose another time 10% ressistances

Same problem. Looks like if you get back to normal difficulty and back to cruel after you got -res again

somehow I end act1(cruel) and what I notice I dont lose ressistances entering act2 now so I guess after act1 everything back to normal

Same for me.
Had to go back to Act 3 and went back through the Portal to Cruel Act 1 for a second time.

Naked res:
-30% fire
-20% cold
-30% lightning

Relax, i found true!)

U hit -10% res when start Act 1 cruel in start location.
When u come in city of Act 1 cruel u hit -10% res more.
But if u got further in second location in Act 1 cruel u will get +10% res

So, i check in with tp from city Act 1 cruel in city of Act 2 cruel and nothing change. It's bug only in city Act 1 cruel, that's why it's not critical, nvm)

I am in act 3 NORMAL with this stupid problem.

Naked I have:
-20 fire res
-20 lightning res
-10 cold res


In Act 2 I have:
-10 fire res
-10 lightning res
0 cold res


In act 1 I have:
0 fire res
0 lightning res
10 cold res

Any fix for this yet?

I've been grinding tier 15 and 16 maps for some time now, bought a pair of boots yesterday and warped to that player. returning to my hideout my fire res was down 20%. Its the Act 3 10+10 fire res I'm missing.
