sprit bugged and now minions wont summon

Doesnt matter if i unequip every skill gem or piece of equipment, my total is screwed up.

I got the quest reward in act 1, so +30. I Have a chest piece with +34. that takes me to 64 and that is reflected on the character information page.

adding a scepter no longer adds the spirit from the scepter. Im stuck at 64. On the minion screen it shows 200 (+136 from scepter). I can tell it to allocate spirit to minions. But they never summon anymore.

logging out, resetting ps5. nothing changes.

pretty annoying, actually.
