3rd and 4th ascendency points

Hey guys, hope yall doing well. I've got a question, I i'm currently lvl 75 as a witch hunter, and I've been wondering what might be the challenges to beat in order to get the 3rd and 4th ascendency points, did ultimatun 7 floors and sanctum 2 floors as I was told at a few twitch channels, but no luck on getting the actual points. Can anyone help me out with this one? Thanks!

I got my 5th and 6th points from completing a 3 floor sanctum. I want to say a 4 floor sanctum gets the last two points, but I haven't gotten there yet so I can't confirm.
