Gas arrow explosion and elemental dmg

I dropped bow with "48% increased elemental damage with attacks" and i'm wondering if that works with gas arrow explosion, disription says it's " converts 100% of physical damage to fire dmg"
so if bow have raw dmg 29-54 and explosion converts that dmg to fire, do i get this elemental dmg or not?
