PS5 Character Lost

I couldn't use chat on PS5 so I logged on to the website to add an email. After I did this my Character on PS5 was gone. I lost 25hrs of play time.

I just did the SAME THING, except it made 2 accounts and I merged my account I made with my email with my PS account. Same result, I lost my character too! 20hrs gone, and it CRUSHES my soul. Let me know if you found a solution.
