Didn't receive stash tabs/premium currency

Did anyone else not receive their stash tabs from poe1 / currency from purchasing a supporter pack? I bought the standard early access (just a key with 300 in game currency) but neither were added to my account.

NOTE: for some reason, I wasn't able to access my key on Steam for EA (I only ever saw the option to wishlish the game). So, I downloaded the PoE2 launcher, linked my Steam account to the PoE2 site, and was able to get in that way. Could this be why my stuff wasn't transferred to my account?

Is reaching out via the support email the only way to talk to someone about this? Did this but haven't heard back yet.

I think you get the steam key when you go to my account and early access tab? Then you can add it on steam. GL!

This doesn't seem to work. I tried this a few days ago, and just retried, but when I click the steam option, it takes me to my steam account and it still only gives the option to wish list the game. Am I missing something obvious?
