Meditate cannot have a weapon set allocated to it

I don't know if this was intentional but I was hoping to allocate a second weapon set with energy shield recharge dedicated to meditate and found that wasn't possible which seemed a bit strange.

I also am trying to do this any news on why meditate can't be binded to a certain weapon?

also having this issue.
seems a few skills in the game just disable it. Its rather unpleasing. Especially with how janky it is to setup. |
