WTH - how is everyone advancing with these bosses?

I love POE and I have playing a long time but frankly the tree in POE2 and advancing is well not that intuitive. I have respected the tree so many times and I can't seem to get enough damage to beat the king of the mists.

Forget about killing stuff in 2 sec and work on that skill babeh.

I'm disabled and having a blast.

Not trying to kill in 2 sec, just trying to survive the fight. I get through the first phase but second phase I just don't have enough defense and my skill barely kills him vs his skills can kill me immediately. I don't mind the fight if I have at least a chance to do some real damage.

I keep changing my skill tree trying to figure out right defense/offense balance.

Am disabled as well but some bosses have undodgable attacks that more or less test the depth of your flasks more than your skill and just cause a boss has dodgeable attacks playing for nearly an hour or sometimes close to 2 hours to drop a boss is not fun.

My weapons is decent for my level. It does over 200 per hit without any % buffs. So does around 400+ but I can't kill this boss (not the one your doing a different one).

Some of these bosses are just horrifically designed and I'm at a dead end due to bad RNG. Something they patched but doesn't help my current character. So my choices are start a new character or grind for hours upon hours just to get enough survivability items that I MIGHT have a chance (still not sure yet).

Like I'm having a hard time believing the devs tested all of this at all.

The further in the campaign I get the less fun I'm having. I hope it's not aiming to be this one release cause I don't see the fun of this at all.

This is quite possibly the worst game ever ... DB is hard and I can at least progress.

If a boss is giving you trouble you can always skip it and come back to it later unless its a quest boss. King in the mist isnt a blocker boss. Im playing monk and had to do this a few times because I felt my build wasnt good against the bosses move sets.

Or you can grind out a few more levels before him, and gather up some better gear while you are at it. So far any time I have been stuck Ive just grinded out some levels and got gold for either gear or respecs and when I came back to them they felt, not easy, but way more manageable.

Exact same thing here. 2 additionnal levels and it was a breeze
