Elite Mob Affix Terrible Combo: Barrier & Regenerate Life

Hi,

The most annoying affix combo is the Regenerate Life with Barrier. I could not kill this combo. Regen health mobs are one of the most annoying to face especially when it gets Barrier. Either remove this affix or reduce the amount of HP it regenerates.
