ACT 2 Campaign Spirit reward lost

I have done The Lost City at least 3 times and found the golden tomb, opened it and never got the Skull that grants you additional spirit.

I died the first time i ecountered it so maybe it was on the floor and was lost? For any other item that would be fine but if that is the case because spirit is such a limited resource (specially if you are not using scepters) you should be able to get it if you do the golden tomb again.

Right now my build is missing out of a pretty significant upgrade because of that.

Im lvl 72 Mercenary and got only 70 base spirit, not sure what I missed, I checked the map closely, all 6 acts and I can't figure out how to get the last 30 spirit. I did all the indicators on the map that had + on them
Is there any way to fix this?

The poe2 wiki doesn't even list that location

are you certain you get spirit from the tomb? What told you that?

As I know the King in the Mists of Normal mode Act1 gives you 30 Spirit. Then in normal Act 3 and Cruel Act 3 from the Azak Bog Boss. Normal she gives 30 cruel she gives 40 in a net total of 100 Spirit.

And I think I did everything with a "+" in all Acts.
