Request for Clarity on MTX Availability in POE2

As stated in the FAQ, GGG mentioned that "many recent MTXs and all stash tabs will be initially available." However, in the current POE2 store, we’ve only seen a handful of cosmetics available, which seems to fall short of the "many recent MTXs" that were promised.

Now that the server appears to be quite stable, we hope GGG can provide a more detailed timeline or plan regarding when each batch of MTXs will become available in POE2. Additionally, it would be extremely helpful if the website’s MTX store could clearly indicate which MTXs are currently usable in POE2.

Considering that each MTX typically costs between $10 and $50—or even more—it feels like a gamble for players who enjoy customizing their characters, as there is no clear indication of when their purchased MTX will actually be usable in POE2.

Clear communication on this matter would be greatly appreciated by the community.

They'll slowly be adding all the MTX from poe1 into poe2, and in batches. Due to the sheer amount of MTX in poe1 it will take some time. All the info is in the faq.

I'd like to know whether premium hideouts from POE1 are going to be available.. I splashed out for a certain turtle hideout after almost a month of debating it purely because in the end I convinced myself it was worth it since I'd be able to use it in both games... Only now it's nowhere to be found in POE2.

Thank you for the response mate, but I am fully aware of the information provided in the FAQ, as I clearly mentioned in my post. My concern is not about whether the MTX from POE1 will eventually be added to POE2, but rather the lack of clarity and transparency in the current process.

Given the sheer amount of MTX, as you pointed out, it’s understandable that the migration will take time. However, this is exactly why I suggested that GGG provide a more detailed timeline or plan to help players manage their expectations. Many of us are heavily invested in MTX, and buying them for POE2 without knowing when or if they'll be available feels like gambling, as I mentioned in my post.

Additionally, the term "many recent MTXs" as mentioned in the FAQ is quite vague and lacks a clear definition. There’s no specific time frame given for what constitutes "recent." This has caused significant frustration for me personally, as I discovered that almost 100 of my MTXs are currently unavailable in POE2.

It’s especially disheartening when you consider that items closer to the top of the MTX store are generally the newest, and the majority of my collection is made up of these so-called "recent" items. Without a clearer framework or timeline, it's hard to understand why so many of these aren't yet usable.

For better communication from GGG about the migration process, including what "recent" truly means and a schedule for future updates. This would greatly help players like me set realistic expectations and make more informed decisions about purchases.
