Render / Resolution scale option with the Upscale mode (ai frame gen)

Is it possible to use NIS option with an Upscale mode?

I am getting much better framerates on 720p resolution, but I would prefer an option of lowering the resolution scaling % instead of setting my game resolution to 1280x720 because of the UI downscale.

The NIS upscale option does that, but prevents you from using the other modes (FSR, XeSS, DLSS).

It's around a 40-60 fps difference from 1080p to 720p.

The game is unplayable when there are too many effects causing fps drop.
