Dark Pact and Soulrend. POE2

Hi! Poe2db has skill pages for Dark Pact https://poe2db.tw/us/Dark_Pact and Soulrend https://poe2db.tw/us/Soulrend. Soulrend staff https://poe2db.tw/us/Rending_Staff, Dark Pact staff https://poe2db.tw/us/Dark_Staff. But this staffs not exist in the game. Please tell me, are these items really not in the game? If so, how can I get them? If not, when is it planned to add them to the game?

Its not implemented yet i guess,u can't find any on trade.. Hopefully someone will post any information about this. I'm also looking forward to play it..
