Purchased for wrong account, E-mails to Support Team Fails to Deliver

Hello, I'm opening this thread if by chance any one of you have to time read since every mail I sent to your support email address failed to deliver because of the rate of mails you got and I cannot get in touch with your support team. Email I sent is below, thanks in advance.Here is my problem:

I purchased regular early access pack on launch and played whole weekend, then decided to buy another pack for same account via steam by purchasing Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack with full price in order to get items and 600 points, however game and website did not recognised this purchase for my main account Sympl3x#7095, instead it did register for my another account Caspium#3456 i created mistakenly before. I'd like to transfer all of the contents in pack in Caspium#3456 to Sympl3x#7095 since I never played with Caspium#3456 and already spent 30+ hours in Sympl3x#7095. And also if possible can you also delete sub-account Caspium#3456, i think it will make some problems for my future purchases. I want to only have Sympl3x#7095 with my steam account linked to it.

Also never logged into the wrong sub-account in order to not cause any inconvenience.
Love the game and community you guys have here, but come on I emailed like 5 days ago guys :(, cant spend in the sale right now.
