Suggestion for all ranged skills/shots to actually target your mouse curosr

I feel that because your characters feet are centered on screen and aiming is calculated from the center of screen, shooting left or right results in the offset of the character height causing many missed skills/spells.

If your skills/arrows/spells simply just went right where your mouse cursor was, the game would feel much better.
