Accidentally bought kiracs vault pass thinking it worked for poe2 as well. Really hoping for refund
I emailed support twice now, again this morning after getting a message from Gmail that my original email 3 days ago never actually sent to support@grindinggear.com
I realize it’s launch and you probably have a ton of technical issues to deal with but because of unclear information on the sites and being redirected back and forth to the 1 website I ended up spending 300 mtx to get the vault pass thinking that applied to poe2 like almost everything else on the main site. Going to be extremely sad if I just wasted 30$ worth of points for absolutely nothing. :[ Hoping someone from support can help me fix this it’s not a difficult problem it’s just a problem.
