Sanctum and Ultimatum Extremely Overtuned

Please nerf these mechanics, they're horrible and super overtuned. Not fun getting hit for 700 honor by a random projectile in sanctum or getting unplayable debuffs in ultimatum that completely brick your build.

Absolutely agree - both of them a chaotic mess, modifiers too strong on ultimatun and the honor is too low. Also GGG said well telegraphed attacks in there? What's well telegraphed about the volcanoes...

that phys damage ring in ulti is HUGE. if you get any boss other than the dragon, it will cover the entire arena, unless you're crazy good at positioning and make them spawn in corners while dealing with boss mechanics and then get to the other side. are you supposed to dodge roll and iframe the pop? no way. come on.

Im level 54.
I just ran the level 38 Ultimatum and i almost failed multiple times. It def need to be tuned. I think if both get tuned a bit more, i can see myself really enjoying it. "Bullshit, you get the game for free." - Qarl 2014

Edit: At the point of writing this original post I had the impression it was necessary to beat this trial in order to continue the main quest\story - as I thought an Area was locked behind it.
I have since found out this Area's entrance was tucked in a corner behind a boss in the previous area I had missed _3_ times - I beat the boss all times, but never found the entrance, oddly enough. With this in mind, one can simply outlevel the difficulty, so the problem isnt as big as first thought. While I still find the Trial insanely hard for the appropriate level, it doesnt seem insurmountable anynmore. So.. yey :] Original post: I don't concider myself a "pro" at these types of games, but i have over 1000 hours of PoE 1 which ive played casually, if one can say "thousand casual hours" :] Anyhow my point is, I am not new to AARPGS, nor am I new to souls like games. But this Ultimatium Trial is just pure pain. I extremely enjoy the game so far, being harder and slower - making you play more safe and tactical and not just hack'n slashing everywhere without a single care. I am far more into the game these 20 hours ive played PoE2 than I ever was in the 1000 hours of the original. But my brothers, dear devs, if the casual players cant beat the content after numerous amounts of tries they\we will end up quitting the game, and nobody wants that. I had to stop playing now to take a breather cause it was legit making me upset banging my head into the wall in this trial. I made it to the boss on stage 4, a total two time as level 40 sorceress in maybe 20 runs. And while I dont think thats bad to be honest, the bosses can oneshot me making the entire run useless and frustrating. There is an absolutely zero room for error, and sometimes you can even play flawlessly and still you can end up dead due to the trial-debuffs.
