Crashing issues impacting game play

During an ultimatum event in Act 3 the game will crash on Vulkan API with default settings. This crashing on any API is new since the last update patch.

This seems to be triggered after 5 minutes with no crash logs or windows crash logs. The other major issue is that on Windows 11 DirectX 12 hard crashes my PC to the point I have to hard reboot the PC entirely. Changing drivers does not change this issue. Please let me know what info your team will require in order to properly diagnose this issue as soon as possible.

It was quite upsetting, sadly I lost a Unique during the last crash and I was unable to rejoin to pick it up again because it does not keep you in place like most boss fights when the game crashes you start all over which is really upsetting.

If this is intended, granted but not a consistent experience.
