Question about linked account and trading

When I logged into the POE site upon launch my new POE2 character did not show up. I linked the new Caracter so now they both show up and I have the ability to switch them on the site. I now can see poe2 trade, however the items I listed are under the POE1 account name. Will this mess up whispers and the ability to invite and trade?
