Latest SRS hotfix disabled also stuff like Burning Inscription

Latest SRS hotfix disabled all triggered spells to summon SRS, but I dont think disabling stuff like Burning Inscription from spawning them makes any sense, I get it was done because of meta gems, but then it should've been disabled only when the spell is coming from those.

Can this be looked at? Burning Inscription not summoning Raging Spirits really doesnt make any sense
