POE 2 resistance change with level

Hello, my character sheet is indicating that my resistance in my hideout is lower/different than my resistance in a map.

does anyone know which resistance is the value I should gear towards? what's the hide out resistance supposed to indicate?

assuming it's the same as poe1, then hideout resistance is the same as in normal. always gear for the hardest place you have access to.
