Haven't received assistance since December 1st on issue

I requested assistance in transferring microtransactions to main pc account from my other linked account I got a response after request was made they asked for additional info that I provided and nobody has gotten back to me since i wanna use my stash tabs on my main for poe2 but i got pretty far and i want my stuff transferred so i can use them on my new character on poe2 before i get too far

I've also send an email to support@grindinggear.com and it's been more then 3 days ago and no reply yet.
I understand they are very busy but if you have send an email on the december 1st then this is a bit to extreme.
I hope grinding gear puts more man power on the support section of the game because this is just ridiculous.
I've been waiting 2 weeks for a response. Being busy is not an excuse. This is totally unacceptable now.
Its been 10 days for me as well. I just wanted to unlink my Steam account.
for the price they charge for cosmetics you'd think they would....oh i dont know... hire people to do customer service
