Troubled camps

Troubled camps in infested barrens and jungle ruins do not grey out when found and does not give any reward. Is this intended ?

After getting to the endgame, I'm trying to make sure I've cleared anything skipped, and these won't grey out in Act 3 Normal after being found on the Jungle Ruins and Infested Barrens maps. Last edited by XerxesMolxur#0412 on Dec 19, 2024, 1:03:55 AM

I'm having the same issue. I am only in act 3 normal and killed the nearby rare mobs but nothing happens afterwards.
