Lagging character

I notice when I am playing the mercenary the character is lagging a lot . I thought it might be my internet connection but I've played witch and its not as bad. I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I've died few times in boss fights due to this issue. If anyone has some suggestions maybe on setting or if this is something that needs to be patched .
