[QoL] Ingame green message that shop has been reset with new items aftter hitting your level

After watching a streamers video i just realized that after hitting your character level the shops in town reset with new items. (i just found out after 3 years).

I would be helpfull if there was a ingame ''green message'' that your shop has been reset after hitting a new level.
