I can't find my purchase made in the game

I made a purchase on 10 DEC at 12:33 AM through Steam but I can't find it in the game. I restarted the game several times hoping to find it. Can you help me please?
I have a purchase ID but I don't know if I should send it here or in private. I wanted to go to the forum because I still haven't received an answer by email.

I forgot to say that the purchase I made was the Wraeclast Liberator Pack, it's been a day and I still can't find my skin and coins.
