Blasphemy Aura Reducing Curse Stats

Not sure if this is an intended mechanic but blasphemy aura is only giving close to half of the standard negative resistance versus self cast for flammability. Normally it reduces monster fire resistance by 33% self cast and its only reducing it by 18% with blasphemy aura.
