Dual Wield Block in PoE 2

It seems, according to the character sheet, that dual wield does not provide block chance in PoE 2. Is this the case or is this a character sheet issue?
In PoE 1 it was buffed recently so it would seem strange to not have this at all in PoE 2.

There are no passive bonuses for wielding two weapons in PoE2.
