Need Help: Account Locked for 9 Days, No Response from Support

I’ve been trying to reach the support team for the past 9 days but haven’t received any response. Since my main account is locked, I am posting this message from a different account. My main account username is shao_lin7#1707.

Here is what happened:
I purchased a supporter pack through Steam and used some of the included points to buy an in-game item. Later, I decided to upgrade to a higher-tier pack, so I refunded the initial pack through Steam. Unfortunately, I forgot that I had already spent some of the points, and the refund process was completed within 5–10 minutes. Shortly after, I found that my account was locked.

I truly apologize for this mistake. I am willing to repurchase the refunded pack or directly purchase the King of the Faridun pack, and I am okay with the previously spent points being deducted.

It’s been 9 days without any response, and I am unsure what to do next. How much longer should I wait? Could you please inform me about the process and what steps I need to take to resolve this issue?

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance.

They are just overloaded, When they do contact you they will likely try to help you fix this, If you owe them $ they may require you to pay that amount but should take care of you otherwise from what i have heard.

While they are over loaded with support requests the issue the OP is having is taking a refund through steam and not through GGG. this is almost like a charge back.

GGG are out of the money for the sale, but you have used the stuff from the purchase, that and you could have just upgraded the pack without needing to refund anything.
So yeah, ATM you are banned and it would be up to GGG if they unban they account.

I really appreciate the clarification and your advice. I understand now that my issue stems from refunding through Steam rather than directly with GGG, which might resemble a chargeback situation. My intention was never to cause any issues; I genuinely forgot that I had already used some of the points from the pack, and the refund process happened so quickly that I didn’t think it through properly.

I am fully willing to resolve this situation by repurchasing the refunded pack or upgrading directly to the King of the Faridun pack if GGG allows it. I only want my account unlocked and am ready to follow any steps required to fix this.

I’m still waiting to hear from GGG support, and I understand that they are overloaded right now. However, any insight from the team about my specific case or the process would really help ease my concerns.

Yes I'm aware, I read their post and that is specifically what i was talking about, I've had friends in similar situations for a variety of reasons, They were resolved once the balance is corrected.

It's pretty straightforward.
