Game Version still saying 0.1.0b after release of 0.1.0c

I've watched the patch notes and some ppl on YouTube about this and it seems I'm not running the latest patch.

When I closed the game and ran the check for updates it results in "The game or app you have installed is the latest version."

Is it normal not to show on the log in screen even if the patch is live?
