I'll try to be as direct as possible. I can also elaborate as to why im proposing these changes.
BALANCE CHANGES - Drasticaly decrease Gold Cost for Respec below level 40ish - Drasticaly decrease Gold Cost for normal and magic items from vendors (rares are fine) - Increase Basic currency drop - Make spirit more avaliable - Each Unique monster slain should give a free respec point from The Hooded One for cleasing corruption - Regal and Transumatation shards should be redesigned quantity wise for a full orb and be awarded by mod count and mod tier DESIGN CHANGES - Chest should garantee an item of the same rarity of the chest - Trials of Ascendancy should not be flexible during progression: each one should have only two versions: a camapaign mode balanced around that with NO RNG (character progression unlock should be gated around fixed difficulty) and one for end game far (and maybe athird as a uber version). - As a core mechanic, the Trial os Sekhma should not have Honor and just deal damage as the rest of the game. (Sanctum was fine with Honor because it was a side mechanic). - Add option to destroy one to save the other with items and Runes (and make runes rares, except for resistances). - Add an option to "Lock" an item in a vendor much like Ritual. - Change wording for local mods for from "increased physical damage" to "increased physical damage with this weapon" (or maybe remove it and just use flat damage) and generic mods like "increased cold damage" to "" increased global cold damage". - Lower overall attack and cast speed and make character be affected by both weapons sets stats wise to incentivize dynamic usage, remove weapons swap speed (set it to the cast/attack time animation) AND MAKE BOTH SETS VISIBLE AT ONCE IN INVETORY INTERFACE. - Alteration Orbs spam was a bad action, but it enabled a crafting session and long-termm commitment for a crafting session. Overall the changes are good, but Alteration Orbs should be considered (or a Scouring that only works on Magic Items). Last bumped on Dec 10, 2024, 5:58:28 AM
