Crafting - or lack thereof

If you're betting on this kind of system, where an item base is really only usable once for crafting (no alts) and the dominant crafting pipeline is transmute -> aug -> vendor then why we still have so little chance of landing any good mods?

Please just delete light radius already. It's a bloat that nobody needs.
