Need help! Accidentally buy key in wrong platform

I buy key in wrong platfrom (POE website) but my intention was to play on Steam. I already contact support email but not sure my email is connected or something. I waited for 4 days (I immediately contacted after I buy wrong key). But I want to play it now what can I do? Can I buy on Steam and wait for refund from POE platform. Is it possible? Or I need to wait.
