POE 2 - Possible Softlock in the Trial of Chaos for Freeze Builds

Hi, just to let you know. If you want to do your 3rd Ascendancy as a Freeze Build there is one challenge where you have to kill monsters in a blood circle to sacrifice them to the altar.

Monsters that shatter don't contribute to the progress. Since I freeze everything with my build, the 3rd ascendany isn't possible for me in Ultimatum.
