POE2 Early Access - Please do not work with EPIC games again.
As above, epic fail there.
So I gave a friend a poe2 key thinking it was early access, it wasn't. Feeling bad, I logged into epic and bought a supporter pack thinking I could just give the key instead. To my horror I find out AFTER purchase that epic does not provide the early access key. What the bloody hell? This feels like a ripoff. I have still not gotten a reply from GGG before via email or via this forum post. Your staff keeps telling your players to email them for issues, yet your own email address doesn't accept emails. What are we supposed to do about this?
I get that you guys are being swamped due to the high amount of interest in poe2 which is why I've let it wait while the emails keep getting bounced from the what you have said is your main point of contact. However this is frustrating after a week of waiting without any reply at all. |

There is a possibility of calling whatever you used to pay and issuing a charge back since you can't get a hold of support with them rejecting emails. Altho I'm sure GGG will retaliate in some way if you do, whether that is a ban, mute, etc I don't know. Or you can keep emailing them and hope it goes through eventually and wait probably atleast 2+ weeks

This is GGG's fault rather than epic's. They released the game in a pretty confusing way and didn't respond to most queries for information about how the keys worked.
