PSU starts clicking after long PoE2 sessions

I have noticed that after playing for 5+ hours of PoE2 my PSU starts "clicking".

My current setup is a 1200W ASUS ROG Thor, MSI 4090 and an i9 13900KF.

I am playing on max settings at 4K, this noise doesn't appear usually until after a few hours of playing.

I have played many other games at max settings for hours on end and have never heard this noise before.
Putting my hand on the PSU at the back of the PC I can feel the PSU vents near the plug vibrate a little as it 'Clicks' which makes me assume it actually is the PSU clicking.

So essentially I'm just posting to see if anyone else has had any similar issues or if anyone might possibly know why it is doing this?

I have a bequiet 1200W and it starts clicking randomly. Currently running furmark on 4k and heating the gpu up to 71°C. Maybe the cpu is the issue? 7800x3d? I believe it's maybe on some kind of power threshold and it clicks between mid and high power usage constantly.
