PS5 EA supporter packs issue

I wanted to get the Vaal pack, but it did not show up on PSN. Only the first two tiers are there. I figured that was a mistake that would be updated later, so I got an EA key for now.

Multiple people on Reddit confirmed that if you got the $100 pack, the other tiers would unlock and you could pay the difference, so I did that. However:

1. It charged me $100. It did not credit me for the $30 for the EA key, so I spent $130 on the $100 pack.

2. It did not unlock the Vaal pack or higher tiers.

Can someone please advise or help. I am SO tired of the EA support pack issues on the PS5.

I have emailed support twice regarding this, but no response yet. I don't want to duplicate emails, so I will wait for a reply from email. Hopefully support can assist.

Please note my accounts are merged, but there's some confusion, and I am not sure the merge worked. My Twitch drops are messed up as well. I bought the Chimera with 2 gift subs and claimed the other two drops, but they are claimed to Sanngrithr#9141. I somehow am playing on Aeralure#3161.
