mercenary doesnt attack or reload sometimes

its been 4 days and it hasnt been addressed or mentioned by GGG
dont know if this has been reported or being worked on

myself and other people have an issue with the mercenry not reloading or attacking sometimes for no apparent reason
its not ping
its not being stunned
not debuffed either
and its not being out of mana

menu shows bolt(s) "in the chamber"
he just wont attack OR automatically reload for a seemingly random amount of time

sometimes its for a split second, sometimes for 2 whole seconds
sometimes it seems to be related with the auto reload animation being interrupted
sometimes its seems to happen just randomly out of the blue

happens on controller
happens on mouse and keybord
happens when holding down attack
happens when tapping attack

especially annoying later in the game in tense bossfights when i finally have a window to attack and your guy is basically just staring at the enemy - on slow "shoutgun builds" its a massive dps loss besides simply feeling bad in general
