Bug - 1/2 of my Sorc Skills are Bugged

I am playing a full frost sorc and ever since i unlocked cast on freeze and tried to use it i've had issues. Right now I can only use frost nove, icewall, and frostbomb. All the other skill slots get bugged. Here are images of what i mean.

With the images below you can see that 1, I meet the character level + the intel requirements for these to work and how each gem is just appearing as the same thing cast on crit...no matter what i do i cant get any of the other spells to work they just keep breaking.

I have tried restarting my PC no luck. I've tried using the Patch work thing you guys created that did not work either. I'm out of ideas. Final Image depicts that i can use lvl 18 skills

I know you guys are super busy, but I've also not seen anywhere on the expected wait times for a reply right now. This is still an issue I have 30+ hours on my sorceress and I cant play her bc I only have 3 working spell skill slots. I would love to get back to playing her again. Anyway you guys can post the timeline for responses would be great. I assume its much greater than the typical 24-48hrs kind of thing.

You need to slot the skill you want triggered INTO the "cast on freeze" socket.

Cast on Freeze and Cast on Crit reserve 60 spirit. Seems like you have 60 spirit so you can only use one of them. Socket the skill you want to be cast on freeze or crit with the gem and then you need to right click activate it on the skill menu (activation is the same with all buffs and auras).

I have done this already. I really need someone from Triple G to log into my account to see the issue. Right now if you look at the s2nd, 3rd, and 4th images. They are showing no DPS. I also can't drag them to my spell slots to actively use them. When i open the their details pane look what it says.


Please forget about the cast on Freeze....the problem here is my comet, my cold snap, and frostbolt just straight up won't work. I can't put them on q,w,e,r,t...even swaping to asdf keybaording, i still can't put them on akeybind to use the spells period.

I have tried to create lower level spells and those still don't work either.

I have removed all my + to spell level gear and the talent point to ensure this isnt an INT requirements issue and they still don't work.

I want Cast on Freeze to work, i've put the spells in there...the damn thing won't work i have about 3hours of stream footage where I tried to get this to work and it wouldnt.

But even having the cast on freeze aside the other 3 spells can't be keybound and just won't work. Step 1 would be to get all myspells to work again. Then deal with the cast on freeze
