Shockburst Rounds and Lightning Rod interaction

It would be cool to see more interaction between weapons. Namely Shockburst Rounds, Stormblast Bolts, and Plasma Blast should interact with Lightning Rods.

Lightning rods interaction says: Fire an arrow creating a Lightning burst. The arrow remains in the ground, and any Chaining Lightning beams can Chain to it. When Chained to, the arrows release another Lightning burst.

This is misleading to me as Chained Lightning skills do not work, only skills with the effects "Lightning" and "Chaining": Lightning Arrow, Shockchain Arrow, Galvanic Shards, Orb of Storms, Arc.

Meanwhile, many other lightning skills with projectiles that you can add "Chain" to, do not chain to the Lightning Rods.
