Tomb of the Consort

To whom it may concern,

I was playing POE2 in a party in the "Tomb of the Consort" fighting the miniboss for the Haunted treasure. My party member went down and I was on extremely low health when I killed it. Idk if it was an AoE poison puddle from the dead boss or something or if it was another monster but I was killed as well before we could grab the uncut skill gem reward. It won't respawn now. Is that normal?

I second this. I was fighting the miniboss and we killed each other at the same time. I saw all the drops, but when I respawned at the checkpoint all of the loot was gone except for the green drop that is a quest item. Lost all the loot :(
